Adam's post about his wallet picture project made me think of my student's insult, which I just put in my status. I'm totally not putting Adam's picture in my wallet and taking it out and discussing at intervals...I'll be your control group, Adam...but I love how he writes about the idea, and I imagine at least 3...or let's not get crazy...2...of my friends might participate in the project.

    Ann Dick Oh, but it's not the size, it's the weight of your identity in my pocket. How will it change my perception of you? What ideas will suggest themselves to me about why I carry around your picture? What will I do when you want to start sending out 1/2 inch status updates? But I'm already feeling bad about my knee-jerk non-participatory stance.
